What you will learn in this course:
Succeeding in the exam: the course is structured with the aim to help you master the study guide necessary to pass the Advanced Certificate Exam, by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mastering the tools to ensure compliance: you will be taught all tools and techniques to ensure, amongst others, the prudent governance of regulated entities, the Anti-Money Laundering and Risk Management of a regulated firm.

The real exam consists of 70 multiple choice questions. Upon completion of the exam, you are immediately notified of your results. The revised Syllabus covers the following modules:

About the Instructor:
Ms Olga Lampadaridou is a professional with around 20 years’ experience and established career in the financial sector – extending from the Funds Industry (Private Equity) as Top Strategic Analyst, entrepreneurship – as having run for years her own financial company – and Brokerage, having held Senior Management positions. Currently, she directs and runs a regulated Cypriot Investment Firm, from the position of Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors. Being a determined and focused careerist, Olga has expanded her knowledge about the Cypriot and European Legal, Regulatory and Compliance requirements on capital markets. She holds a BSc in Management with emphasis on International Business and an MBA from the American College of Greece (DEREE), while she has also successfully passed the Securities examination from the UK Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. In Cyprus, she is fully certified for all investment licenses (Advanced Certificate) from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. She has attended numerous seminars on combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, on Risk Management, Capital Adequacy, stress testing, prudent governance of Banks and Cyprus Investment Firms and generally, European Regulation, Cypriot Laws and Directives concerning all parameters of regulated entities. Moreover, having experience in training business professionals at all areas of specialty in capital markets; also having completed a program for Training Adults, she is our best proposal for teaching the modules of the Advanced Certificate by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
