SAFETY & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS IN THE HOTEL SECTOR BASED ON THE FTO ( FEDERATION OF TOUR OPERATORS)

Why should I attend this program?

The seminar will develop issues related to the legal requirements of occupational health and safety of employees, but also customers in hotel facilities and tourist accommodation based on the requirements of the FTO (Federation of Tour Operators), while at the same time will analyze the safety requirements (Health and Safety Standards) of the largest international Tour Operators.

At the end of the program, you will be able to:

  1. Understand the basic requirements and risks for the safety of customers in hotel facilities.
  2. Understand the necessary procedures that must be applied for the safety of customers.
  3. Manage emergencies such as fires, earthquakes, epidemics, floods, etc.
  4. Use various tools to implement the health and safety system.
  5. Incorporate good practices to avoid accidents in every space and workplace.
  6. Carry out internal audits based on principles, legislation and standard changes in their workplace.
  7. Adopt all the legal obligations mentioned in the various provisions of the respective laws on safety and health in hotels.
  8. Prepare Risk Assessment studies.
  9. Become familiar with the FTO requirements of food safety and quality.
